Irene was a positive guide. Knowledgeable, funny, occasionally a bit hard to understand
The tour passes the main sights of Santiago and the information is also largely interesting. However, since the Führer is only virtual, it is difficult to know what is being said, especially when describing facade elements in detail. No one points their hand at the described element. It would also be better if the stories were spoken (or read aloud) by a native speaker. Some passages were sometimes difficult to understand due to the pronunciation.

I bought this tour for 4 persons. Unfortunately only one of us was able to listen to the entire tour, top-to-bottom. For me for instance, it got stuck at the second "page" so to speak; the uploading of the pictures was a nightmare as well. So we had to maximize the volume and all listen to the same presentation, which was not pleasant or useful at all.

It isn't clear from your review whether the issue was that not all of you could redeem the tour, or if four of you redeemed the tour and only one was able to use it from start to finish.
