Communication was great! We were picked up right in front of the airport terminal where our driver loaded our luggage for us. He was very professional, he did a quick side trip to the market so we could get a couple of pictures. The vehicle was clean (it looked like it was new). We were very pleased with the with the entire process, booking, communication, driver and the actual ride. I would highly recommend this company!

No communication, we had a delayed flight and had to call them to let them know, difficult to find there number back in NY. Waited 2 hrs before car to pick up the 4 of us. Let them know when reservations was made that we needed a child’s seat, none offered with pick up. Won’t be using Viator transportation. So many transporter companies, don’t need an incompetent one.

A driver never came to pick us up. We call we emailed but we were stranded at the airport. We finally after more than 45 min. We had to get a taxi. I’ve requested a refund but have not received any communication from this company.

Booked this airport to downtown Seattle beforehand. Provided my airline reservation expecting to be picked up when we arrived. Landed @ 1:15, manager finally called me @ 2:00 to let me know the driver would arrive in 10mins. Driver finally came @ 2:20. Driver was pleasant and professional

Unacceptable Did not see or hear from anyone. Had to call number on voucher put on hold twice, no one seemed to have an answer on where the driver was or what type of car I should look for. Was told driver was suppose to call never did until I called again and the dispatcher called one.

It was a fairly quick ride as it was 1:30 in the morning when we arrived and there was no traffic. It was a smooth and comfortable ride. It was just my husband & myself with 2 large suitcases, 2 carry on suitcase and 2 backpacks and there was plenty of room.

Our driver was prompt and knowledgeable. We felt very safe. I would recommend this company to anyone needing transportation.

The amount of luggage you bring determines size of car and cost. Be aware. Check and read email messages from Carmel and follow instructions. We would have had a real problem. One extra suitcase cost us an extra $45. Driver was excellent

Our driver was very nice. Clean vehicle. Definitely recommend. Will use again in the future. They were accommodating to our planes late arrival as well.
