Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it is really appreciated. We are very glad that you enjoyed your first time scuba diving with us and that you had such a good time.

Firstly we would like to say how genuinely sorry we are to hear your feedback, and that you feel we could have done better. We do take all feedback seriously and while we may not agree with some of your comments we do certainly appreciate this is how you felt and we will look at what we can do ensure all our customers feel like they have been well looked after. For a little context to your review, you were unable to complete the discover scuba dive, and therefore the follow up dive to Musan, due to a small medical issue that prevented you from continuing with the dive, and your girlfriend was too nervous to continue without you. These things unfortunately do happen in diving and outside both yours and our control. Our staff must prioritize safety of participants and on one occasion you did something that we had instructed you not to and we felt your safety, and that of your girlfriend, was therefore at an increased risk. We would never be ‘annoyed’ at anyone who was not happy to continue diving and as you did not mention anything negative about our service on the day we are assuming this is the issue which caused you to feel the instructor was ‘annoyed’. We definitely would like to apologize if you felt matters could have been communicated in a different way and in the future if something similar were to occur again we will ensure that we, at the right time, discuss this with our customer to ensure they understand why we took the action we did and that their safety was our paramount concern. While it doesn’t happen often, we always feel bad for our customers when they are unable to complete a dive, especially in your case as you had travelled some distance to reach out location and paid an expensive taxi fare, understandably adding to your personal frustration. We all wanted to try our best to help salvage your day; which is why we spent quite some time sitting with you seeing if we could do something, such as dropping you off in Ayia Napa so you could spend some of the remaining day enjoying the town. In the end you accepted our offer to take you to Musan on a snorkeling trip; this is not usually something we have been able to offer in such cases and we are sorry that on reflection despite our best efforts you felt we could have done more.
