この地域は、サバンナ劇場やフォレスト・ガンプの有名な公園のベンチがある、市の文化の中心地です。
これはこのルートの「南回り」で、公園の周囲に並ぶ象徴的な白い噴水とビクトリア時代の壮大な邸宅を披露します。
モントレースクエアを通過します。 緑豊かな天蓋と『真夜中の善悪の庭』という本にゆかりのあるエリアとして有名です。
アバコーン・ストリートに向かって横断すると、市内で最も見事な尖塔に到達します。 ここのフランス語・ゴシック建築は、周囲のコロニアル様式の家屋と劇的なコントラストを見せている。
地区の北端（レイノルズ広場の近く）に向かって進むと、最も古い建造物が見えます。 ピンク・ハウスとプランターズ旅館は、1700年代後半のレンガ造りとスタッコ造りの魅力を展示しています。
サバンナの綿花貿易の歴史を反映した珍しい鉄工所と多層レンガの通路が特徴。 歴史的な倉庫と現代的な倉庫の両方を捉えた展望ポイントを提供

My father and I had the pleasure of riding with Arthur. Arthur was amazing and shared tons of historical facts and info. He was engaging and a great tour guide. The tour path is approximately 1hr n 15min and worth the price of admission!
