Unfortunately, this tour was a disappointing experience. The organization was poor, the staff was not very attentive, and the catamaran was overcrowded. The service did not match what was advertised, and the overall experience was not worth the money. I expected much better. I would not recommend this tour unless they make significant improvements

Horrible very disappointing.Basically they drive you two minutes into the water and park and you stay there for 3 hours they Give you snorkeling gear you swim around there is no fish . I could see my hotel from the water . The float that is advertised as the picture to promote this excursion is broken kids were bored and disappointed. Don’t waste your money. They also tell you they can’t take you to the coral reef because water isn’t clear bull they don’t want to waste gas . It’s a scam

KIMBARA TOURS...The worst excursion we've ever experienced... This was the worst experience I could have had in the Dominican Republic. I'll start by detailing that the service they were selling was deceptive advertising; besides the fact that the boat was extremely filthy with dirt and garbage; when I tried to use the bathroom it had incredibly poor hygiene...for the significant amount of money they charged us, we at least expected a magical and pleasant experience, not a bad joke or something.

Our tour was 10:30, received message day before moving it to 2:30, and that was late. There was NO reef snorkel, NO FISH. The second stop had no visibility into it, was not clear natural pool. The initial location that the van dropped us off was a tiny building where they wanted to sell items, allowing smoking, cigarettes and cigars, in the tiny building with children and no ventilation. Only one van so it had to take multiple trips while the rest of us waited our turn. Told 2:00 pickup, returned at 7:30 and most of that time was waiting around. The music was so loud, it was deafening. Not the experience we were expecting based on their description. The only positive was the communication via whatsapp for late pickup. We travel a lot and take excursions all over the world and this ranked the lowest.

It was fun to go snorkeling and see the dolphins and fishies!

it was very very fun and i loved seeing the dolphins and being able to swim in the clear water and go off the slide!

Beatriz was the best bartender! She has the best energy. Highly reccomend :)
