Boat tour was the highlight of the day - superb views in the canyon with breathtaking vistas. Day included two viewing points and an hour of being let loose in Chiapa de Corzo for some much needed food over the river. Tour was both in English and Spanish, did feel like the Spanish speakers got more details than the abridged of the the English speakers. Driver drove in a very local fashion...

The Canyon took our breath away! The landscape are amazing, and we were lucky enough to see the birds, monkeys and crocodile along the way. The 2h boat trip really went very fast. Just be aware that you will do several hours of bus in total. But I totally recommend to do it.

The trip was absolutely delightful! Everything went smoothly as planned, and to top it off, we were blessed with excellent weather. The guide was not only friendly but also impressively punctual. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience

We liked the Canyon is beautiful, but we did not get to see much of Chiapa de Corzo. 1 hr is not enough as we arrived at lunchtime and that is where our time went.

The driver/guide was very nice, spoke English, gave useful information, like how long to the next stop and so on. The experience in the Canyon was incredible, do it! So amazing, one of the highlights in my trip.

Amazing landscapes! We loved going on a boat ride and spotting crocodiles and visiting ancient colonial villages. You have to improve your choice of restaurant though because the one that was included in the package was really bad.

It was an amazing experience! Beautiful place to explore, albeit hot, hot, 🥵 hot if one is a costumed to San Cristobal weather (like I am). Be prepared for getting a lot of sun in the boat. 🛥️ Totally worthwhile even with so much travel time. Arturo was a very safe and confident driver, punctual and organized. Nice Guide on the River too, all was AOK, Chiapa de Corzo was super hot. Great to see all the species of birds, spider monkeys, and crocodiles. It was a fun day.

Views are amazing, canyon is huge and stunning. I was impressed. The guide don't speak English, every descriptions are only in Spanish.

There is quite a bit of time spent travelling by mini van to get to the Canyon but it is worth it. Our Driver explained a lot on the way (Spanish only). We went to 2 view points first, but it’s only when you are on the boat tour you really appreciate the beauty and vastness of the canyon. Our guide did an expert job of driving the boat and giving lots of information about the canyon. We spotted wild life along the way too. We disembarked at Chiapa de Corzo, which was great for refreshments. Roberto picked us up from there for the short journey back to San Cristobal de las Casas

Really nice trip, we went first to see 2 miradors from the top of the canyon. Then we did a 2 hours boat cruise. The driver of the boat was also giving a lot of interesting informations in Spanish. I think if you don't understand spanish you miss a bit of the magic of the place. Then we had one hour to visit Chiapa de Corzo, which is mainly composed of shops for tourists.
