a very reliable company, we made the payment by card we were assured of the quotas to the sacred valley and machu picchu, but of course, we must reserve many months in advance, especially for machu picchu. A company we can trust.

The tour operator did not show at the planned meeting point and time! With assistance from our Hotel and Viator, we were able to contact the tour operator and arrange for the tour to begin one hour later. Viator must require operators review tour information as shown on Viator, and the tour operators officially communicate any tour changes to Viator and its customers. Further, Viator must require tour operators to contact and confirm tour information with customers before the start of tours. This did not happen! That said, the provided tour guide and driver were excellent. They went above and beyond to re-plan our tour to effectively and efficiently conclude one hour early, as we had plans directly after the conclusion of the original tour completion time.

We were lucky enough to see a Condor that Maria pointed out as we arrived at Pisac. Definitely recommend this tour with Maria and Jose who was amazing at navigating the curvy, narrow roads!

We had such an incredible day with our guide, Maria, and driver, Donicio, exploring Ollantaytambo, Chinchero, and Pisac. From the moment we were picked up, everything was easy and comfortable. Maria’s knowledge of the Sacred Valley was amazing—she shared history, culture, and local stories in a way that was both interesting and easy to understand. She answered all our questions and made each site feel special. Donicio was a fantastic driver—safe, professional, and so friendly. He navigated the winding roads with ease, and we always felt completely at ease in his care. He was also quick to help with anything we needed and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The tour was perfectly planned and paced. We had plenty of time at each stop to explore, shop, take pictures, and soak in the views without feeling rushed. We also got to see beautiful viewpoints and hidden spots we never would have found on our own. If you’re visiting the Sacred Valley, I can’t recommend Maria and Donicio enough. They make the perfect team and turned our day into an unforgettable experience!
