サパのホテルでのピックアップを利用して、美しい渓谷を通る 10 キロメートルのトレッキングを始めましょう。ムオンホア川を渡るための小さな小道をたどりながら、朝の霧の後ろに隠れた棚田を鑑賞してください。
手入れの行き届いた棚田を通り過ぎ、地元の黒人モン族が住むラオ チャイの村に向かいます。 Ta Van Giay の村までハイキングし、Muong Hoa 川のルートに沿ってトレッキングし、集落から約 2 km 離れた小さな吊り橋を渡ります。男性、高床式の家、さまざまな装飾パターンのイメージを描いた古代の岩の彫刻の魅力的なコレクションを発見してください。
村の地元の家で昼食を楽しんだ後、竹林をハイキングし、レッド ダオ族の少数民族の村であるジャン タ チャイに到着します。近くの滝で少し休憩してから、上り坂を上って幹線道路に向かい、運転手があなたをサパに連れて行くのを待っています。

Great walk through fields and bamboo forest. Unfortunately wet slippery path. Sung, our guide was good in explaining villages and people, tribes. She was pleasant.

We decided to have a couple of days in Sapa after three dry and sunny days doing the Ha Giang loop. We appreciated in advance that it’s not necessary going to be best time to visit after temperatures of 27c it is quite different 6c - 11c. However we booked a trek and had a wonderful 5hrs trekking with Nhu our guide. Visited several villages had an insight into the culture of the black mong people. At the end had a lovely dinner before getting a taxi back to Sapa. Would definitely recommend this, part of the walk is muddy but we were prepared for this.

The guide was very helpful and brought us to see the villages to understand the culture. The trekking was through the hills slopes, streams and padi fields. This is something really different!
