This company changed the time and place of the jump and didn't let us know the new location. When we requested a refund they refused and were very rude on the phone. This company will rob you of your money I would not trust a company that only cares about money with your life!

Hi Sam,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We'll take the time to highlight some facts.
1. We advised that we may expect weather on the day of your skydive and would update of any changes.
2. We advised you of a cancellation 2 hours before your due arrival time due to safety and weather.
3. We shared a few emails about your concerns, resulting in an agreement for us to refund you what you asked for, $50 in compensation when you come to complete your skydive. We have documented evidence of this.
4. After this, you have proceeded to leave a 1 star review, claiming we will not offer you compensation.
5. You have a long history of posting 1 star reviews for businesses, some of which are for trivial reasons.
We invite you further consider your review and wish you all the best for your future adventure activities.

Unforgettable birthday skydive!
I had an incredible tandem skydive with SA Skydiving at Goolwa for my birthday. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless. Huge thanks to Dave, my instructor, for his calm guidance and infectious enthusiasm. A truly joyful milestone — highly recommend!

I loved the whole thing. The crew knew their stuff and were very thorough. It was also important to them that you had a great time. The weather was perfect. Coming in on the beach so tranquil.
