サン・ミゲル西部ハイライト：セテ・シダーデス、ラゴア・ド・フォゴ＆ランチ

This was one of the best tours I’ ve been fortunate enough to experience. Many of the several stops along way could justify their own separate tour . Our guide Jaoa completed the experience by ensuring that we got the full benefit of each- best photos- and as a professional photographer he even willingly assisted in taking some if requested. Information on everything Azorean- flora, fauna, music, history, language,other activities and sights, recommendations, all were offered in an entertaining and compassionate manner with the safety of the group always being considered. Pride in everything good in the Azores, caring for people, and passion in ensuring everyone got the best experience on a long and packed tour all justify rating this 12 out of 10. It goes without saying that it was the best value for money also. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

The tour and the tour guide were great! The weather was nice and we were able to see most of the places clearly.

We did the West Island tour with Manuel and it was a fantastic day. The timing was excellent, never rushing us but also never feeling like we spent too long anywhere. He provided lots of great information that helped us appreciate everything we were seeing. I would happily do this tour again.

Our guide Manuel was excellent and took us to many very beautiful places. The tour was excellent but they should mention that there is a decent amount of walking and some climbing involved. As a senior with a cane, parts of the tour were quite difficult but I'm very happy I went. It helped that we had a great bunch of people. We had 8 different countries in the van (including the guide) out of 9 people.

Fantastic tour. Our guide - Manuel - was outstanding! Very knowledgeable. Answered all questions, gave a bunch of interesting facts. And he was quite personable.

One of the best tours I've done. Pick-up & Drop-off was seamless right from hotel. Tour guide, Fraga, was knowledgeable, friendly and had all the local culture & reccs throughout the tour. Hit all of the highlights on Western San Miguel Island. Lunch was fantastic, authentic & plentiful. It was nice to get a classic local restaurant that was filled with mostly locals out of the city center.

Absolutely amazing experience! My family and I went on the West tour and loved it so much we booked with Fraga again to see the East. You can tell how much he loves his homeland and we sure loved it as well. The van was comfortable and easy to get in and out. The views and food were unmatched!! Don’t miss out on this tour!!

Great experience with many scenic views along the west side. Our guide Manuel did a great job keeping us entertained with exciting information about the origin of the lakes, places and the island itself. If you are visiting ponta delgada solo or with partner/friends, then it is a must have tour. Lunch is included in the price which is a big plus.

We booked a private tour for our family of six (including 2 young kids) and João was incredible. He was so accommodating and friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. João told stories that our kids loved, while making us laugh and having an answer to every question we asked. The van was so comfortable and safety is clearly a priority for this company (boosters required for kids under a certain height). An added bonus is that João is quite the photographer! Highly recommended!
