Good organization just in time. Bathstop with snorkeling in crystal blue water and a free drink later. Our nature tour was in the afternoon at 4 pm for 1.50 hour.

We really enjoyed the tour. Wonderful views, plenty of time for snorkeling, and the drinks were a pleasant surprise. Value for money: 10/10. The tour is neither too short nor too long.

The truth is that the team was very kind, it is true that the trip felt super short to me, because at the time of buying the package it appeared that it was two hours and 30 minutes, approximately, but in reality it was one hour and 45 minutes, I feel that it is missing something like being able to swim in another of the coves that are nearby, finally if it is two hours those 20 or 15 minutes could be taken advantage of to the maximum, but in general it is not bad, the guy was super kind, with a good attitude and those in the office too.

Great way to see multiple Calas in a short period of time. This tour accesses the most beautiful spots, the scenery is breathtaking! The boat is small which allows for this access so be prepared for some speed and bumps but it’s very nice to feel the breeze on a hot day. The captain was very kind and willing to share details and give recommendations. Swimming spot was calm, crystal clear and uncrowded.

A terrifying experience and a great lack of safety. We took the Nature excursion yesterday with Red Star Tours, leaving the port at 6:00 PM, and what had been sold to us as a beautiful boat excursion to visit coves ended up becoming a terrifying experience. From the moment we left the port, the sea was very rough and the trip on the speedboat was extremely jerky. We were on a boat with a capacity for 12 people and we did not receive any safety instructions or explanations before boarding or during the trip. The boat also did not have seat belts. We were with a 6-year-old child and, with the waves, he was literally lifting about half a meter off the seat. He was scared to death and we, as parents, lived through moments of real anguish trying to hold onto him. In addition, other girls who were on the excursion ended up crying from the nerves. What seems especially serious to us is that, as we were told, the previous excursion had already had a complicated return trip due to the state of the sea and, even so, our departure took place. The company finally refunded our money, and we appreciate that gesture, but the problem was never the money. We would have preferred to lose the cost of the excursion and have been clearly informed that the sea conditions made the trip potentially this dangerous or unpleasant. In that case, we would have been able to decide freely if we wanted to assume that risk, and we certainly would not have put our 6-year-old son in those conditions. We booked an excursion that was presented to us as a beautiful experience to see coves in Mallorca. That was what we expected to find, not a trip where both adults and children ended up afraid. And what hurts us the most is that the money is refunded, but the fear our son experienced cannot be returned. To this day, he is still afraid because of what he went through. We understand that the state of the sea can change and that a boat excursion can have movement. What we do not understand is that, knowing the conditions and also having had a previous excursion that already had a bad experience on the return trip, the customers were not clearly informed, nor was canceling or modifying the departure considered. We sincerely hope that the company reviews its safety protocols and, above all, that in future occasions it informs customers of the real conditions before boarding, so that each person can decide if they want to assume them.

The rubber boat accommodates 12 people; the driver is friendly and helpful. After a tour of the coast and its caves, you stop for a 40-minute swim in a beautiful bay. For those who wish, a mask and snorkel are provided. And a cold drink at the end of the swim!

Exactly what was promised! It was great and went by too quickly! We stopped at several coves and it was interesting to see them from a different perspective.

A very nice tour to the most beautiful bays in the southeast of the island. You should already be wearing swimwear and apply plenty of sunscreen, because the dinghy offers only a few shaded spots. We sat right at the front and therefore also had the best view. We really liked the tour and the swimming stop!
