Man let me start with Omar and his crew. Liz and Aldo. What a great time. Very accommodating and we took the absolute best trail ride through the country. I would recommend and not only that, I would re-book with this crew! The knowledge of the localities was exponential! Beautiful Yucatán!

The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was amazing. My favorite part was learning about tequila and jumping in the cave. There is so much to do. Such a great value. Omar is amazing. Very accommodating.

RZR tour to cenote and jungle was fantastic. Our guide was 100% - really interesting, full of facts and spoke perfect English. Cenote was good fun - looks dirty but actually crystal clear and the cliff jump in was very popular with my kids. Take a towel! Beach club - don’t take young kids. The day we went it was full to the brim of people from cruises playing drinking games and being beyond loud and crude at times. Luckily there are lots of water inflatables to play on. Had to produce ID to use a paddle board even though I’m 50 🤷🏼♀️🤣 They also charges for towels and lockers which is infuriating given I’d paid over £300 for the 4 people tour. I did know this before hand but seemed a bit steep. Pick up was a shambles. Arrived at the designated pick up point 15 minutes early and got collected, after numerous phone calls and texts, 20 minutes late. Would I use this company again - probably not. They are clearly geared towards the cruise contingent not independent travellers from the mainland. Would I go into the jungle and cenote again - absolutely

Your tip about old clothes and a face mask for the dusty trails is great advice for fellow travelers! Regarding the pickup, we want to respectfully clarify what occurred. Our Tour has a designated check-in time of 15 minutes before the scheduled departure and a specific starting time for the tour itself. Our Staff arrived right on time to begin the tour at the scheduled hour. As you arrived 15 minutes earlier than the check-in time the perception of a delay is completely understandable, however the tour did depart on schedule. We sincerely apologize for any confusion in the communication leading up to your arrival and will work to ensure our pickup instructions are even clearer for non-cruise Guests in the future. We absolutely welcome and value Guests who are not arriving by cruise ship! Regarding Chula's Beach Club, we appreciate your honest feedback. The atmosphere at the beach club can vary depending on the day and the mix of Guests present. It is designed to be a fun and family friendly environment and we are glad the water inflatables delivered on that front. We acknowledge that on busier cruise ship days the energy can feel livelier than some Guests may prefer and we appreciate you flagging that for fellow travelers planning their visit.
