Our guide Ben was friendly, entertaining and fun to be with. He made us all feel at ease and gave us lots of interesting information about the pubs, their origins and the surrounding area.
Alan was a great guide and storyteller! Learned a little history in a most enjoyable way. Definitely recommend.
Such a great time with Alan! He's a wonderful storyteller and we loved the pubs we visited, along with tips for other places to go. We would not have found these pubs on our own, and even if we did, we would have missed the all the stories. If you want to learn a little about London in the most entertaining way, try a pub tour with Al.

Ben C. was a fantastic guide on the Royal Historic Pubs Tour! Not only did he take us to four historic pubs, but he also shared fascinating stories and historical insights about each one. He even offered excellent drink recommendations along the way. What made the tour especially memorable was that, beyond the pubs themselves, Ben pointed out—and in some cases took us inside—several other historic establishments throughout the St. James’s area.
