- 衛生対策: 入口と出口に手指消毒ステーションが設置されているほか、ルーフクライム ラウンジの各クライマー用に個人用ステーションが設置されています。手洗い設備も利用できます。すべての RoofClimb スーツは、当社の標準操作手順に従って、使用後に専門的にドライクリーニングされます。オーディオシステム、オーバーイヤーピース、サングラステザー、キャップテザー、ストラップなどのすべての機器は、使用後に毎回消毒されます。
- 健康: 登山者は、体調が優れない場合や症状がある場合は、自宅で待機するよう求められます。当日であっても、喜んで登山の日程を変更させていただきますので、お電話にてお知らせください。登山者は到着時に呼気分析時に体温を検査および記録されます。登山者が参加するにはBACが0.05%未満である必要があります。当社のルーフクライム クルーは、体調が悪い場合、または何らかの症状がある場合は、勤務することを許可されません。

It was such an amazing experience. Even with a fear of heights, it was so worth it. I recommend doing the sunset one, as the sky just looks gorgeous in the dusk

Great experience. Don't wear anything too heavy, you get so hot & sweaty rigged up! Wear shorts & singlet
A very professional set up. Pre tour checks and paperwork was done quickly. Dressing was done at a steady pace with assistance as required. Safety was a very high priority. The only downside was not being able to take our own photographs. Given that sunglasses and hats had their own safety lanyards , it would be easy to extend this to cameras. I guess it’s all down to maintaining the revenue stream. The tour was at a relaxed pace and the guides comments were interesting and pitched to the clientele he had. Views were great
Great experience. Alex was a great guide not only being informative but checking on our safety etc. Managed to finish just before the heat became too unbearable- the slight breeze certainly helped. Would have preferred to choose our own photo as there were ones we preferred.
We loved this experience! The guide knowledge was excellent and he was funny! After completing Sydney Harbour Bridge climb and Brisbane Story Bridge climb, we did not know what to expect but this climb exceeded all! Very safe climb, very informative.
Well organized and I would highly recommend this experience to people of all ages. Our your guide was a lovely engaging young lady who made everyone feel very safe. Equipment for the walk was excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble from All of the staff involved.😎👍
