RiseNY - ニューヨークを巡る急上昇の旅

This museum has done a phenomenal job of letting you see firsthand how New York has changed over the years, along with contributions the city has made to our country. First thing you do is sit down to watch a little movie. The room is designed to make you feel like you’re on a subway car, with a little bit of motion as well well it feels like motion it’s not really. There are all kinds of artifacts and posters of music, TV shows, movies that have begun in New York. My favorite thing was at the end, where you sit in a seat buckled in, and the seat moves in such a way that makes you feel like you are literally flying over the city of New York. The entire experience of the museum itself is about two hours long, and if you are familiar with some of the TV shows, you might want to spend a little more time.

It was better than expected. It was Soo fun. The staff were excited to be there and oh so helpful. It's a one and done event, but I would come back to bring others.

This experience would not be for everyone. The walk through the passageways at the beginning was moderately interesting, but the ride at the end was fantastic. If you like Soarin' over California at Disneyland or EPCOT, you will love this.

I learned a lot of little details about the city I live in. This is a must see, very fun experience.

The Sky Ride was very good. The pre-amble leading up to it was OK. Had some interesting information.

This what's up entertaining event lots of information in the museums and then the the ride through New York seeing it from the sky was really fun I wish it was longer. At the start of the ride it says you're going to go through all five boroughs but it does not identify the Burrows as you're going through so you don't know where you are other than that it was fun.

The ride is only 5 minutes Enjoy seeing some History of New York Radio. Music. TV. Broadway. But feel each gallery could have had so much more

I didn’t expect to see so much history of New York, it was a great addition to the experience. The soaring ride through NY was comparable to a soaring ride in Epcot! Nice!

A great snapshot of NY history and culture. It’s was like a theme park attraction and museum rolled into one.

RiseNY was one of the few "tourist attractions" that I had never done despite having been to NYC many times. This one was entertaining and I would encourage visitors to give it a try. The museum talks about the grown of NYC from a small Dutch island to the mega metropolis that it has become. There are special features on radio, television, music, fashion and more, with great artifacts along the way. The experience ends with a soaring journey over NYC with a disneyesque video experience. The ride lasts about 5-7 minutes, but it was outstanding. The entire visit lasted about an hour, but you do it at your own pace. This is definitely a place with visiting when your in NYC.
