This was the 2nd time I booked with this tour company, and each time it was better and better. Martins was the driver, he was very punctual, safe, informative and an all around great tour guide. The castle, the palace and the Hill of Crosses were all spectacular. The price for such wonderful service was very reasonable. I can’t recommend this tour enough! And if you book it, ask for Martins. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy!
Martins drove my friends and me from Tallinn to Riga on another tour a few days before this one, and we were fortunate enough to have him again for our journey from Riga to Vilnius. He was a wealth of knowledge along the way. He didn’t just drive us but he explained in detail some of the history with each place we stopped at. He even treated us to some cottage cheese desserts. While in Riga, I unexpectedly needed emergency surgery to have my appendix removed. Martins was flexible with postponing our original departure date until I was able to travel. He extended himself further and picked me up from the hospital while also offering to take my friends to the pharmacy and grocery store to make sure I had everything I needed during my recovery. This tour to Vilnius has been beautiful. I’m moving much slower than normal but Martins has made trip from Latvia to Lithuania very comfortable. This journey to Vilnius has been wonderful. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care has made a challenging situation much easier. I highly recommend Martins for tours between Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Martins was outstanding! Going beyond a regular service to fill all the needs my family had during our trip to Vilnius. We even continued great conversation about everything in life (we started talking two days before this trip, in another trip we had with him to Tallin). I felt Martins like an old friend during our entire one day trip (Riga -Bauskas Castle - Rundhale Palace - The Hill of Crosses - Vilnius). He is such a great guy working hard for his family. One of the bests tour guide i have had in 69 countries i had visited. I definetely recommend him for any tour you require in The Baltics. You won't get disappointed.
