Tui at Newark on trent Send us to this hotel which was absolutely disgusting not a 5 star hotel. I will send pictures of the property inside. Absolutely unbelievably dirty. Explain this to tui store at newark on trent Not helpful, one bit. I do not recommend anyone visiting tui store in newark on trent I paid over 12000 pounds for this holiday. And they are not one bit interested but quick enough to take my payment

Pro’s: desert is beautiful and sunset is perfect time to be there. Quad Guide was friendly. Visit to camel nursery with all the babies was memorable. Professional photographer service on the dunes at sunset is nice for the memories (separate charge if you decide to get the photos) Con’s: prepare to arrive to chaos - hundreds of people all arriving at once and no apparent organization; just keep speaking up to staff to get where you need to go. Quad tour is very controlled - just go a slow, steady speed, single file; no off-roading or speed allowed. Dinner & show are very touristy but that’s part of the fun!

It was great. One of our nicest trips. Our guide was very accommodating and super patient with me as a beginner. I can totally recommend it! Always happy and we'll be back.

Incredible fun. Went to RAK with my son and we both did this. I have had a hip replacement but no problem doing the quad bike. Our guide and photographer were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd do it again anytime

We are a family of two adults (58 yrs old and by no means super fit!) and 17 yr old son. Booking online through Ritz Carlton was smooth and trouble free. Having a teenage son as an older parent has made me do things I would never dream of - this certainly being one of them! I admit to anticipating the adventure with trepidation but need not have worried at all. (The pick up ride was more scary!!). We were greeted and treated most politely by all staff. We did, of course have to sign the usual disclaimer for this type of activity. (Do check your travel insurance covers you for this activity though). The bikes looked good quality and well cared for. Our quad bike guide Sharif was amazing and our photographer Zizou a delight to share a morning with. We were provided with helmet with a visor ( protection for glasses which I had been worried about) and gloves. I wore long loose pants and long sleeves; my guys were happy in shorts, t- shirt and plenty of high factor sun cream. We all wore trainers. Sharif assessed our riding during the first ten minutes then tailored our experience to suit our competence, which even if I say so myself was quite good. We went speeding fast on flat parts and got to ride over a number of dunes for a super thrill. At our rest stops Zizou took amazing photos as well as action ones along the way. We saw camels galore and enjoyed the total silence of a beautiful arid landscape during our stops. Soft drinks and water were provided throughout. All in all an excellent, fun experience.
