I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience at Ramoji Film City. It's disappointing when a place doesn't meet expectations, especially when it comes to customer service and health standards. Being restricted from bringing your own food can indeed be frustrating, especially if the prices are high and the alternatives aren't appealing. Rude behavior from staff only adds to the negative experience.

How could I miss visiting Ramoji Film City during my Hyderabad visit. It has a Guinness book record in its name. I took a premium tour which costs roughly around 3k per person. Please ensure you buy online tickets as that will save you some time. Once you reach the parking lot there is a specific entrance for premium lounge, where you can show your e-ticket to get booklet of vouchers. Ensure you check all the vouchers as I realised one of the coupons was missing in my booklet. Then you have to move to the waiting lounge where you need to collect your chocolate box & 250ml water bottle. Do carry your own bottles as during this time it is very hot in Hyderabad, also you do not want to spend money on buying water which will be expensive. There were a lot of water coolers but I avoid drinking water from outside during my travel. You will get a sticker here that needs to be stuck to your cloth for easy identification of the group. Then wait for your booking name to be called out so that you can get into an AC bus for the ride to start. Then you will be dropped at Eureka for some photo shoot in the area. I missed watching the opening ceremony as we got late in reaching the venue. It starts at 9.45am sharp. The guide will give you basic instructions & the time allotted for the specific place. There is a train journey out there followed by some interesting live experience of movie making with sounds. Once you hop back to the bus then the actual tour starts. Guide will explain each location along with movie names that were short there. The best attraction was the Bahubali set. There is also a visit to butterfly & bird park. Then we move to have lunch at an AC restaurant. Don’t expect much from here as it is a buffet & an utter chaos when there is a large group. Then you will watch the spirit of Ramoji, stunt & closing ceremony. It is a one time visit as one feels proud that in India we have a concept like this. There are a couple of rides & one seem to be complimentary in the package. Premium package has advantages of shorter que & comfort. If you are lucky you could watch a live shooting from far off.

Nice film city to enjoy wirh family and friend..everyone should go once . Tou can see many suiting going over there lively

Our first visit to Hyderabad of course the best part of Hyderabad is Ramoji Film city all in one experience, we enjoyed this tour is meant for all age groups but kids have a lot to enjoy. Worth taking this tour the tour guide was professional and the overall experience was perfect.

Need to renovate and change the concept which is not changed from almost 2 decades really need to catch up with the international standards

During my frequent visits to Hyderabad i usually get time to visit city attractions, my last experience was Ramoji film city. Almost a full day tour we have enjoyed every bit of the tour operator has done an excellent job by taking us to the life film sets theme parks and much more, the food street was full of multi cousin restaurants we enjoyed the food.

Never miss this .... take ticket online may be a week before and there is a separate queue for online bought tickets.try to reach morning atleast by 9.30 then only you can see all the places

As we here about premium package they will deliver the service.We experienced a star package and were very satisfied with the overall experience.

I think besides the open spaces, big boulders, and greenery. Ramoji Film City is the best thing to do in Hyderabad. The live dance performance is the best attraction in Ramoji. Although everyone will say Bahubali sets are the best, the set is currently been torn down, most of the things are worn off, I might have spent 30 mins on it, but I spent rest of my 6-7 hour in rest of the attraction in Ramoji. Best for Kids of all ages.

Rides, movie memorabilia, interesting facts and live acts... We had taken the star package and were very satisfied with the overalol experience. My kid loved it and so did all of us... Kudos to the team. Keep it up.
