Regarding the return time, our Road to Hāna tours are full-day experiences, and return times can vary depending on traffic, road conditions, weather, the amount of time guests spend at each stop, and other conditions along the route. However, we understand that a significantly later return can affect evening plans, and your feedback regarding how we communicate estimated return times is something we take seriously. We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt the commentary, sightseeing opportunities, and lunch did not provide the experience you expected. Our goal is for the journey itself—not only Waiʻānapanapa and Black Sand Beach—to be a meaningful part of the tour. Your comments regarding the vehicle comfort, timing, guide experience, photo opportunities, and lunch have been shared with our team for review.
