Ronald was the best tour guide! He kept track of all 6 of us and took breaks along the way, ensuring we all made it to the top. He even took incredible pictures of my sister and I! Alex was the driver and was excellent on twisty steep roads.

Ronald was a great guide. He had then perfect pace for the mountain and didn’t feel rushed. He was encouraging and let you go at your own pace. He also takes great photos. Alex is a great driver.

I don't think it's possible to have a better experience than the one I had with our guide, John, and our driver, Alex. From start to finish, everything seemed meticulously planned by them. Setting off later for Rainbow Mountain allowed us to reach the summit at a relaxed pace, with the place practically to ourselves. The explanations were practical and gave me the confidence to go at a pace my body could handle. It couldn't have been better! I would definitely hire them again.

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The company responded to our advance questions about what to wear and what to take, our pick up was on time and the journey was easy. We were given a snack pack containing a bottle of water, nuts, chocolate, cereal bar and boiled sweets which we really appreciated when the walk was underway. En route to the mountain we stopped at a very nice restaurant to go to the toilet and pre-order our lunch for later. The walk itself was challenging but fine for a 50 year old woman and her 19 year old son. We just took things slowly and were grateful to have acclimatised in Cusco for a few days and for taking altitude medicine and ibuprofen. It was nice to know that the guide had oxygen with him but nobody needed it. The views from the top were stunning - the mountain itself was spectacular but we also saw amazing views of the surrounding hills and the glacier. There was plenty of time for photos and we were given a drink of tea. We were glad to have taken the late trip as there were not many other people there. The walk down was easy by comparison and we then enjoyed a very nice 3 course lunch in a smart restaurant about 3pm before the trip back to Cusco. Our guide Elisban was professional, kind and fun. We thoroughly recommend this company.

We really liked the excursion. Arriving later at the mountain allowed us to enjoy the views almost alone. It was a very enriching experience and both the guide Alex and the driver Alex were very kind and professional. They offered us various snacks, water, coca leaves, and agua florida to make the climb easier for us. I recommend it 100%.

John, Cristian, and Alex were wonderful tour guides! They were always on top of our health and safety during our journey to Rainbow Mountain. We rode the horse for the first part and they made sure we were in good hands at all times. It was a wonderful experience with them!

Our tour guide Alex is absolutely fantastic. He’s super kind and patient, and he took our health very seriously. In the beginning, he let us try some local bread of Cusco and even gave us snack bags, which came in handy and is incredibly generous. During the hike, he was very caring to my family, especially towards my daughter. He let her use the oxygen mask, gave her a coca leaf, and even helped her walk down from the peak. He took the hike at my family’s pace and never rushed us. When we got down from the mountain, the driver, also named Alex, had already prepared for us hot towels, and Alex, the tour guide, even asked us if we wanted any tea or other drinks and for a stool ready for us to get in the van easier. The restaurant was also amazing and incredibly clean. The food is of amazing quality and delicious. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend these two gentlemen.
