I did not get to experience this activity. My friends & I traveled to Houston for a conference and found some activities to do while there. We booked Drip Bear for 9/17/2026 at 8pm. On 9/17 at 3:33pm, I received a text from the host stating that the bears were out of stock & they could reschedule me for the following day at 3,6, or 8pm. I picked 3pm. My friends and I arrived at the location on 9/18, a little before 3pm. No one answers the door. I call, no answer. I send a text letting them know we were there, no response. Two other individuals show up and had no luck reaching the host either. I call once more before deciding to leave and the host answers stating that my booking was cancelled because the bears are still out of stock and that my refund was already sent by Viator. I did not receive a notification for either one. I reached out to Viator the next day & spoke to an agent to have my refund processed. The agent knew nothing about the booking being cancelled and a refund request was not submitted prior to me reaching out. The host cancelling the booking without reaching out caused a huge inconvenience in our day & it all could’ve been avoided by them notifying me of the cancellation just like they did with having to reschedule me. No text, email, or Viator notification was sent out.

The vibes are definitely there! During the painting experience they make sure you are occupied by fun games outside while painting dries! It was lit, great music! The two girls that were helping us were amazing from the time we walked in until we left!! We will definitely be back!

Very fun! Love the vibe and music. My wife and I had a blast! We are definitely working to move in the area to get more experiences like this one. Gotta go again!

We booked this as a birthday gift for my daughter and the service was great. Myself and my daughter enjoyed it.

An awesome amazing experience with a cool vibe. Instructions were clear and recommendations were provided. After we painted, it dried for 30 minutes and we were able to play board games. So much fun. Great music.
