The company took the money and on the due date after it was payed for the event coordinator messages informing me they are on vacation and won’t be providing a service…
Hi, this review is an absolut lie from beginning to end. You got a message on Viator same as on WhatsApp explaining you that we will be closed from July 15th to September 15th for annual closure! You got this message on JULY 1ST !!!! (So 1 month before you wanted to book) And another message to remember you that we are closed 3 days prior to your tour on July 28th!!! NEVER any message was sent the day of tour self!! The day of your reservation you showed up at our location calling me and telling me YOURSELF that you just saw the message at that moment. Allthough it was sent on July 1st already!! I then told you to contact viator for a refund as you were in the 24h cancelation frame and that I still would of course accept a refund, as we are closed!! 3 days later this lying post… I again reached out to you to tell you again. We are out of office so you need to contact viator and you will get a refund!! (That by the way you already got!!) So recap: there was never any intention to steal any money, never any money was taken, never ever a message sent on the day of tour… and your money was sent back to your account already from Viator days ago!! So I would really appreciate you taking off this lying review from my page! Thank you Tim
A lot of fun. Gorgeous scenery. Very easy to use. My kids loved it. Only complaint would be the traffic but can’t control that
Tim was very thorough with explanations and started the excursion on time. He was also kind to our group.
We had such a fun time! Tim made sure to keep the group safe and together throughout the trip. Even when my ATV broke down due to overheating, Tim acted quickly and made sure I was still able to enjoy the excursion. I would definitely do this again!
Very professional service and great experience. Safety was always first and ensured we maneuvered through traffic effortlessly. We had enough time at each stop to explore the local area.
This is a riding tour of the entire island. You stop at Maho Beach on the Dutch side and at the Moses walk on the French side.
You really get to see the whole island , everything was absolutely beautiful. Don’t even think about it just book it 💜
Tim was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and engaged with our group so well throughout the experience. He even took us through a part of the French side of the island that my partner and I had never explored before. It was such a great experience, and we truly appreciated the insight and perspective he shared.
Tim was the best! So knowledgeable and took us to the cool spots. 3 hours was enough for us but if you want more stops do longer! It was so much fun. We will totally be coming back again :) he kept us safe as well which made it so much more enjoyable.
We had so much fun!!!There were 8 of us and three were children.. The company arranged pickup for us at the port . Emailed us with all the details as soon as we booked showed us the whole island with plenty of stops and shared lots of interesting info about the island!! Was super patient with the children. We would highly recommend
