Beautiful , clean , so much to do included with the day pass. My favorite was the lavender foot room

We had a good time. Very clean enough space for everyone The only recommendation is more personell to gently redirect clients on keeping a behavior for a spa. In the relaxation rooms and hydro treatments others screaming and talking loudly. The pools were loud too. Having people lead you in some exercises of deep breathing or relaxation would be good. Food items were good. The drinks priced ok. But would give something extra for those who buy the all day pass. I would go again but maybe during a weekday to avoid those less well behaved crowds.

My boyfriend and I loved the breathtaking view and the amenities. It's a one of a kind spa with that amazing landscape. The only complaint is that you are not allowed to pay cash at the restaurant. By law, the restaurant should accept cash. Plus, the server was not even friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he had curly hair.

DISASTER , the restaurant don’t had anything on the menu did not have any salads, sandwiches, or wraps available. We had the Sunset ticket, which is for after 5:00 p.m., so we found it unusual that they did not have anything available, especially since they offer an experience after 5:00 p.m. and should therefore be prepared with the full menu. We were forced to order a ham-and-cheese pizza, but asked for the ham to be served separately because one of my friends does not eat ham. The food took half a hour. When we went to the cabana, we did not have time to eat. Because we booked a massage for 7pm, We covered the food with napkins in our cabana with our belongings so we could go to our massage and return afterward to have dinner. The massage lasted only 25 minutes, When we returned, the food was gone. We tried to speak with someone, but a server only told us that the bussers usually do that. I asked who I could speak with, and he told me to go directly to the restaurant. When we tried to order food for a second time, after not being able to eat anything, we were told that the kitchen was already closed. I asked for the manager so I could explain that our food had been thrown away, but I was told there was no manager available and that I could speak with someone at the front desk during checkout. First of all, it was our first visit, and we were never given any information about the restaurant’s last call or the sauna closing time. When we decided to go to the saunas after this entire unpleasant experience, they were already being turned off, so we were unable to enjoy them. At checkout, I asked to speak with someone, but unfortunately, no one was available at the front desk. A young man named Emmanuel eventually came over, gave me an email address, and apologized, saying that no one in charge was available. We were not even able to leave a tip for the massage therapist, although we had been told that we could do so at checkout. This is completely unacceptable. No one took responsibility for throwing away our food. The issue is not really about the money, is about the principles and the experience. I sent a email 2 days ago and no answer!!

I’ve visited this spa before and had great experiences, but my most recent visit, which was supposed to be a special birthday treat, was incredibly underwhelming. For a day that cost over $700 in value, I expected far more attention to detail. The issues started immediately with the robes. My friend’s robe had holes, and mine had an orange stain. While the staff did replace them, having to point out stained, damaged robes upon arrival set a poor tone. Later, we had a couples massage treatment valued at over $400. The room didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned; we actually found two old beverage cups left in the window sill from the previous guests (I have video proof). The decor and feel of the room looked more like a $50 city massage spot than a high-end resort. What happened to the wristbands where our card is automatically on there? Carrying my phone and wallet everywhere is not convenient or safe, especially when having to leave the bags to go into the pool and or sauna. The worst part, however, was the rush at the end of the day. We were told to be ready for the ferry, but the staff began aggressively rushing us out. While I was still dressing, a staff member grabbed the towel I was using and actually locked my locker while I was still getting my things. When my friend politely asked for space, she was ignored until she had to be stern. And i was not going to leave this review here but they still have not responded to me via email. I left feeling like I could have just stayed in the city and gone to a regular bathhouse. This used to feel luxurious, but it now feels like a chaotic assembly line. I hope management addresses the cleaning and customer service standards

Although the place is managed very well, it was a bit of a bummer to find out that they don’t honor all birthday reservations. I was also disappointed to find out that, even though it was my birthday, I still had to pay the full price with no birthday discount or special consideration. I feel like that would have made the experience even more worthwhile, especially for a birthday visit. Outside of that, I had an amazing and peaceful time. Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall I really enjoyed my experience.

Do not go here. You will regret paying a lot of money for a totally crap experience, and the worst part is they don't even care. The views of Manhattan are great, but that is really where the positives ended. The place was massively overcrowded. It was difficult to find somewhere to sit, difficult to move around comfortably and difficult to actually relax. They should be managing the number of guests so that people can actually enjoy the facilities, but again, they don't care. We tried to order drinks, along with plenty of other guests, and were told that we needed to have a table inside first and could not take anything outside. The problem was that every table was occupied and stayed occupied for hours. One of the staff members even told us it "probably wasn't worth waiting" before walking off. Great, thanks pal. So despite paying a premium price, there was effectively no practical way for us to order food or drinks. We sat outside drinking water because that's all we could get. The outdoor areas are poorly maintained. There were loungers all squeezed together atop muddy grass and there were empty glasses, plates and half-eaten food left all over the place. Even the MANDATORY flip-flops they insist you wear were terrible. They are incredibly rigid and uncomfortable, and both my wife and I ended up with red rubbing marks on our toes. Couple that with having to queue to get into the showers and navigate used and discarded towels lying all over the place, and you leave pissed off rather than relaxed. I emailed QC after the visit with a detailed explanation of what had happened and gave them every opportunity to respond privately before I posted this review. They didn't. They have completely ghosted me. They're happy to take $160+ per person from customers, but when you explain why the experience was so poor, they can't even be bothered to respond. Save your money. Go on the free Staten Island Ferry for some views and then have a damn bubble bath at home. You'll end up happier and still have $300+ in your pocket.

My companion and I traveled from out of town to QC Spa New York to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was a major disappointment. I was especially looking forward to the couples massage we had booked. When making our reservation, there was no option on the website to indicate a preference for the gender of the massage therapist. When we arrived for our appointment, we found that only male massage therapists were available. I want to be clear that this is not a criticism of male massage therapists or their ability to provide an excellent massage. However, I personally am not comfortable receiving a massage from a man, and I don't think I'm alone in feeling that way. I believe many men, as well as some women, have a personal preference about the gender of the person providing such an intimate service. That's precisely why I was disappointed that the booking process did not provide an opportunity to express a preference or make it clear that only male therapists would be available. I decided not to proceed with the massage, and the manager did refund my portion, which I appreciate. However, the way the situation was handled left a lot to be desired. When the manager asked whether I had requested a preference, I explained that I hadn't because the website never gave me the option to do so. I felt that the response lacked empathy and understanding for the situation. As someone traveling from out of town for a special birthday celebration, I would have expected more understanding and an effort to make the situation right beyond simply processing the refund. The unfortunate part is that this experience created tension between my companion and me and affected the rest of our time at the spa. We had traveled there to celebrate her birthday and were excited to enjoy the experience together, but the massage situation put a damper on the entire visit. While the spa itself has a beautiful ambiance and some really interesting rooms and amenities, I wasn't able to fully enjoy them because of how the day had started. The restaurant was also underwhelming and didn't add much to the overall experience. There are definitely some positives to QC Spa New York, particularly the atmosphere and the unique spa environment. However, for the price and for a special occasion, I expected a much better overall experience. My biggest disappointment wasn't simply that I couldn't have the massage I was looking forward to—it was that the situation was handled without the level of empathy I would have expected from a high-end spa. I hope QC Spa takes this feedback seriously and considers making the booking process clearer and training staff to handle situations like this with more understanding and customer care.

I am extremely disappointed with how QC Spa handled this situation. On June 9, I purchased a $150 gift voucher as a birthday gift for one of the guests in our group. On July 5, I visited QC Spa with four other guests (five of us in total). We were all looking forward to a relaxing evening, but our experience was cut short because we all encountered a strong foul odor, similar to sewage or feces, in one of the saunas. The odor was so overwhelming that we felt disgusted and we had no choice but to leave early. When we reported the issue to QC Spa staff, they appeared to be immediately aware of what we were referring to. In fact, before we could fully describe the odor, a staff member finished our sentence and confirmed what we were smelling. This gave us the impression that the issue was already known. We immediately reported the issue and ultimately left the facility because the odor made it impossible to enjoy the experience. QC Spa ultimately refunded the admission fees for those of us who had paid directly. However, because the birthday girl’s admission had been paid using the $150 gift voucher that I purchased, QC Spa refused to refund the value of the voucher, despite the fact that the experience was the same for everyone in our group. The recipient of the gift voucher contacted QC Spa to explain what happened and request a refund, and I also requested that the refund be returned to my original form of payment. Both requests were denied. By the time I attempted to dispute the charge through my bank, I was informed that it was outside the time limit because the voucher had been purchased more than 30 days earlier. I understand that businesses have policies, but good customer service also requires fairness and common sense. Every member of our group experienced the same issue. QC Spa acknowledged the problem by refunding the other admission fees, yet refused to refund the gift voucher simply because of the payment method. That inconsistency is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing gift vouchers from QC Spa. I hope the company will reconsider how it handles situations like this and treat all customers fairly when a legitimate issue affects their visit.
