Our hotel to Shanghai Pudong airport transfer was easy and comfortable. Driver met us in lobby 10 minutes early and car wS clean and new.

Driver arrived on time in a clean vehicle with plenty of space for my items. I was so exhausted from my trip that I fell asleep on the ride to the airport.

Driver was prompt, met me with a sign with my name in hotel lobby. Transportation was clean, arrived on schedule. Driver also assisted with bags by grabbing one of those trolleys at the airport. Would recommend!

Pick up was supposed to be at 1pm. Driver was abt 30mins late. We reached the airport just on time to clear customs and stuff. Good thing the airport wasn't crowded. If not, we may not have sufficient time. Had to get hotel staff to help call the company to check when the driver is arriving.

He was delayed by approximately 15 minutes due to a traffic police document check while turning around at the hotel entrance. Fortunately, you managed to catch your flight in time. The driver was very professional and came to pick us up early and was very polite. He drove very safe. Would definitely recommend this driver to anyone. Private transfer is the way to go instead of trying to figure out the railway system. Door to door service at its finest.

The driver was waiting for us when we checked out of the hotel. The car was a limo very clean very comfortable. Driver used his phone's translation service to communicate with us which is very helpful
