This is a SCAM service. The Customer service and provider kept delaying and description does not match options. You will have the worst experiance as you will be asked to use TAXI after arrival. Do not book this service and do not use VIATOR. If the have the adocity to simply ask you to go find someone else then why do they offer this service. This is Fraud, SCAM and a very bad Service. Actually no service and lack of communication from VIATOR or Control over their Service Provider. This provider to be deleted and asked for Compensation of lack of profissionalism. I could have booked using Trip.com but I just wanted to give them a jance and they have proven to be SCAM artists.

The reservation process is a pain as the app isn't set up for airport car transfers. The US vendor isn't easy to work with. The driver in China was great.

Great transfer from the airport to the city center. The driver was excellent and the communication was great. It is recommended for sure!

I had no problems using this company for my transfer from airport to hotel - everything was good. I had confirmation the day before - pick up time, driver, car reg, etc. I landed early and got through passport control quickly but my driver was early waiting for me, holding a sign at exit to clearly identify him. I recommend this transfer firm.

This is the worst airport transfer I have ever had booking via Agoda. Booked the transfer from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Suzhou City. They indicate that there is a 60 minutes waiting time for you, but the 60 minutes was calculated from the time the plane touches down excluding the time for the plane taxiing to the gate, disembarkation, passing through immigration and luggage collection! I put my arrival time at 5.15am despite my original touching down time at 4.45am and 30 minutes to disembark from the plane, passing thro immigration and collecting my luggage. My plane touched down PVG earlier than expected at 4.20am and I was expecting I have sufficient time to meet that 5.15am pick up time. However, the driver told me that they calculated the time from 4.20am which was the touching down time since he arrived early to the airport!. By the time plane taxi to the gate and allowing the passenger to disembark was already 4.50am. The immigration had a long queue as well and it took us another 30 minutes to pass through the immigration. By that it is already 5.20am. Luggage was relatively slow to come out and by the time we collected our luggage it was already 5.45am. The driver, Wang Xinyou, told me he left because the 60 minutes waiting time was over calculating from 4.20am. And we were left without any transport and I called the person in charge of Elife Limo, Yu Chang and he gave me no solution. And we were left at PVG airport without any transport to Suzhou! It is the most irresponsible private transfer in the world. So DO NOT BOOK this transfer whether from Agoda, Viator or any other websites especially if the services are provided by Elife Limo.

Tony was perfect, gentleman and polite, felt very safe with him. He communicated well and was patient while I came through customs

The terms offer free wait for 60 mins but did not mention that they take it as no show after 60 mins and you need to pay the full fees again if want to continue using the airport transfer

We could not have been more pleased with the private transportation in Shanghai from cruise to our hotel and then hotel to airport. Both drivers were on time, professional, and perfect in every way!
