The boat was terrible. The guides forced us to write reviews, even grabbing our phones to put reviews in themselves. The “snack” for 10 people was broken chips and one small jar of salsa. Not even enough to go around. The 4th stop moved the boat 10 feet from third stop. DO NOT recommend.
We enjoyed the party boat ride, along with the music and entertainment. The weather was great and everyone in my group had a wonderful time.
We had a great time. Good music..attentive staff.. smooth transportation from hotel.. bar tender was fun. It rained and we still turned up.. can’t wait to come back.
Not fit for families esp w younger children.. it was called party boat so music was loud , people vaping, lots of drunk people … just not a family environment.
They were great, professional and friendly. Entertainment was great. The music was a little to loud for me but if you went up top it wasn't bad. Overall great experience.
Even though it was raining I still had a great time. The people on board were amazing. They served us snacks and drinks and we had a ball

I really enjoyed the boat. I was alone, but there were also families on the catamaran. We all enjoyed the kids' show and the excellent drinks.

Yes. The whole experience was disappointing. From the very start. We were driving around and climbing on and off several different small boats until after 4 o clock. I asked to be taken to shore because it was too much to keep switching small boats with the baby. And the person did not let me off instead finally took me to the the catamaran boat and said that I needed to get on that boat. Because I did not have any other choice, we got on the boat. Once we got there, was told there was no snorkeling, and said they did not have any more fruits. Snorkeling was one of the main things I wanted to get to do. Once we finally arrived back at shore. We were told to let a man take just the 3 of us on a boat alone and that he was going to drive us in our boat to our hotel. I thought that we would be going back to the resort in a taxi. I told the person that said he was the manager there i was not comfortable being on a boat alone with someone I do not know and he said that I either had to get on the boat or walk back to the resort. This was very unprofessional and I was not able to enjoy any of it and do not feel like I got anything that I signed up for. Only book this if you only care about drinking as much liquor as you can. As we didn’t even have music the whole time. Do not book if you have kids. There was nothing inappropriate but there’s no emphasis on making sure you get time in the shallow area and for snorkeling. The person you message with seems nice and attentive but the people you deal with on the boat and during the excursion are not nice.
