The first part was informative and unique. I believe for the price it should be a little more exciting. It’s not the cheapest excursion and not the most expensive, but the best part about the first portion is the senota. It an awesome experience and would love more time there. The second half which is on the water was extremely disappointing. You spend more time on the boat than on the water. The snorkeling was probably one of the worst snorkeling experiences I have had. The sand bar was basically shallow water near a beach. It’s almost like they are trying to spend more time to get you drunk than have a great experience. Overall I was not happy with the excursion considering how much money I spent. I would not recommend this for someone who is money conscious and has a family.

We were rushed when we went to the lagoon, and we only saw one lagoon, I thought it was more. The boat cruise was a lot of fun.

We purchased this excursion because of the lagoon and snorkeling. We were disappointeded that it wasn't a natural lagoon. There was a water pipe making the little water fall. Not what we were expecting. The boat stops were all very close together and we saw very few fish. The water was refreshing on muggy day. The bus ride to and from was ridiculous. Not only are the seats kids sized the isle was kid sized. It was a very uncomfortable ride.
Hi Charlene, unfortunately the day of your tour the lagoon was closed and under maintenance due to the heavy rains of the previous days. The staff took all the customers to another cenote just next to the ranch. I know the day of your tour the weather wasn't great too, so for sure you couldn't enjoy the tour in full. This tour was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Punta Cana! The combination of a scenic catamaran cruise, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and relaxing in a stunning natural lagoon was simply perfect. From start to finish, everything was well-organized and smooth. The crew was fun, professional, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The snorkeling spot was full of colorful fish and coral—definitely a moment to remember! Sailing through the turquoise waters on the catamaran with music playing, drinks flowing, and good vibes all around made it such a special experience. The lagoon stop was peaceful and refreshing—a perfect break to take in the natural beauty. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to enjoy the sea, discover marine life, and just have a fun and relaxing time in Punta Cana.

Pickup was 10:30 but starts at 12:30. There are snacks but maybe eat before you come and/or bring something. With travel we spent 7 - 8 hours. Super fun experience. Staff were great. Would recommend.

Bring money for tipping....Fernando is a beautiful man with a great smile...and quite professional too...everyone smiled and kept watch for us....and we had a ball...our driver on the way home was ...whew... a wild card! The sargassum at the doc stank to high hell-o but this had nothing to do with the staff or the tour...and they took us to an area that had blockers up to keep out the majority of the algae bloom...so snorkeling and chilling on the sand bar was so fun. The cenote was amazing...be careful the rocks are slippery.

Fernando was fantastic! The crew on the catamaran were fun and made sure everyone was taken care of. Snorkeling was probably our favorite part of the excursion. The lagoon is kind of cold, but beautiful. We'd definitely do this again.
