On arrival at the resort, driver was late. The seats were so small. We had to pick up other people and they were not at the stop when we pulled up. Mind you our time was at 1:30 and we got there about 4pm. Our guy dropped us off and was to return. No hats were included and they Over Charge if using a credit card. Bring exact cash! The girls at the bar are sneaky and try to trick you out of money, so be aware. The buggy ride was cool. They took photos for an expensive fee. We were back to the location and was told to sit on the side as we waited for pictures. Our guide never came back to pick us up. We had to go back with another company.
Do not wear flip flops, bring cash and water. Great adventure our tour guide Felix, was an excellent person. Amazing trip.
It was extremely fun and way worth it … affordable too. We loved it and recommend 200% the cave, boggles and all was great
Lots of fun! Enjoyed the swim in the cave and the beach was fantastic. Yes, we got super dirty in the buggy but we had a blast! Highly recommended!
Holly Bluff was incredible!! I am 90yr old and this was the perfect adventue for me and my family. Very comfortable, cool, convenient accomodation and a fast pontoom boat for exploration, fishing and nature watching. We all could not be any happier. The staff were immediately responsive to any and every request.
We did the noon tour. It was a small group and not the high season which was great. The gentleman who led the tour was very nice. We also had two additional drivers nearby. One was in the back and one took pictures which we purchased after the tour. The cave was interesting but the beach was really beautiful. We had grilled lobster while splashing in the waves. Thanks for the memorable tour.
Nice tour to a small cenote, ending at beautiful Macao Beach. Guide was great however the buggies were a bit beaten up. Major steering issues, brakes etc. Made it back safe but wish the vehicles were better maintained.
Such a great excursion, definitely jump in the swimming hole!!! The guides were amazing, photographer did an amazing job, photos for purchase at the end all around great experience. Bring cash!
Guides were very nice and helpful but the buggies themselves were in rough shape and one broke down during our tour. Helmets provided were dirty and buggies were full of mud. Trip was nice and we got to see a lot of the countryside. Excursion was a long way from our hotel as well and transportation to and from was in an open-air trolly type bus. No seatbelts, no shocks and a rough ride.
So much fun. The guys are simply amazing and really look out for you
