I was really looking forward to this experience. Seemed very exciting reading the description but they never should up. Man that sucks!
We sincerely apologize for missing your scheduled pickup. We fully acknowledge that we failed to provide the service as confirmed, and we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after you were looking forward to the experience. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we contacted you to apologize and offered to reschedule the pickup for later that day or for the following day. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response. We also issued a full refund on the same day. While the refund cannot make up for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, please know that we take responsibility for what happened and are reviewing our pickup procedures to prevent a similar situation in the future.
We had a wonderful experience visiting the Don Lucas Cigar Factory and Store. The tour was interesting, well organized, and gave us a great introduction to Dominican cigars and premium rum. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tasting enjoyable. A highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Punta Cana.

While the reservation process was seamless, no one showed up to pick us up for the tour. There were eight people who adjusted their schedule for this. I called customer service and they tried to contact the driver twice with no response. I am currently waiting for my refund.

I have read the negative reviews and the most popular are the faults in the collections, I am currently in Don Lucas Cigars and they are in high demand, and it is understandable that they fail one sometimes. We were picked up on time and kept in communication with me. The guides are very prepared and the place very large with lots of outdoor space. The cigar factory is of exclusive production, very high quality, the humidor very assorted. Many souvenirs. Coffee not surprising, but 85% chocolate and rums if I recommend them

We booked this tour and put your operator never showed up at our established time. I reached out and they never responded until I contacted Viator for a refund. The operator then said they would pick us up at 11am sharp, an hour later than the original pick up time, when I refused and said I wanted my money back they changed the time to 11:15am. I am still waiting on a refund and would never pick this company to do a tour through again.

Small family-owned business. Everyone is very nice and personal. The one driver was late and the other driver was too chatty. The rum is great! I wish they had smaller small packs of cigars. The coffee wasn't great to me but the chocolate tea and hot chocolate were amazing!

Not rating the factory, but solely the transportation. We were unable to even do the tour because transportation never showed up to take us to our tour. We tried messaging and calling, even Viator couldn’t get ahold of anyone. They messaged back hours later offering to pick us up, but our day was already planned. Pretty disappointed.
