We are very sorry to hear about the disorganization during boarding, the overcrowding on the raft, and the issues you experienced with the bathroom and fruit on board. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We would also like to clarify that on days with rough sea conditions, the waves near the shore can become quite strong, making it unsafe for guests to directly board the main vessel from the beach. This can increase the risk of accidental bumps or injuries due to the movement of the boat. For this reason, all providers operating that day, including us, opted to use a smaller transfer boat to safely take guests from the shore to the main catamaran. Please know that your comments have been shared with our operations team, and we are taking immediate steps to improve our boarding logistics, ensure all safety measures (including life jackets) are properly followed, and review our onboard food handling and sanitation protocols.
