Punta Cana can definitely get very hot, especially during an outdoor adventure, so we strongly recommend staying well hydrated and bringing water or electrolytes. The scheduled time at each stop is established in advance so guests can visit all locations included in the itinerary while keeping the shared tour on schedule. The water cave stop is approximately 20 minutes, and the Macao Beach stop is approximately 30 minutes. We understand that some guests may prefer additional time, especially when ordering food or drinks from independent vendors at these public locations. Regarding the route, portions of the tour require traveling on local roads to connect the ranch, Dominican cultural stop, water cave, and Macao Beach. The experience includes both rural and off-road areas, but it is not intended to be entirely off-road. We appreciate your comments, as they help us better explain the itinerary and expectations to future guests. We regret that this tour was not the right experience for you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you.
