Except for the first stop where the guide gave directions on where to go (we had a choice of two activities) without waiting for everyone to get off the bus, making us miss half of an activity we had paid for, and unfortunately the wifi broke after not even 1 hour of travel, everything else went well.
The best bus experience! The guide Elisabeth was perfect, the breaks are well-timed, and lunch is included. The Wi-Fi is also perfect (Starlink).
It was a great experience, we saw several places along the route and had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the ride.
Well-managed trip with guide who was knowledgeable about the sites visited and kept us moving at good pace. Local bread as well as plenty of onboard drinks and buffet lunch was really good. Uninterrupted WiFi connection throughout the trip, and plenty of new historical and cultural learning experiences.
Good day with Inka express, well organized
One of the best tours we’ve ever taken! We booked it mainly because it worked well logistically for our Puno–Cusco route, but it turned out to be one of the best days of our trip. The bus was very comfortable and even had Starlink Wi-Fi. Along the way, we stopped to visit several interesting places, and our guide, Mr. Efraim, was amazing. He spoke in a very engaging way about Peru, its history, and the sites we visited. A delicious lunch is also included in the price. It was an incredibly enjoyable and well-spent day. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I recommend this package to anyone who needs to travel from Arequipa to Puno, because it allows you to see many interesting points and optimize the trip. Lunch and dinner are excellent, the stopover points are very interesting. Our guide Roy and driver Martin were excellent in every way. They also handled the issues related to some participants' altitude sickness very well. Roy was comprehensive, prepared, and very nice. A truly perfect experience in every way!
Beautiful experience. The bus is comfortable. My whole family (5) was separated. If I had to do it again, I would pay to reserve seats.
It was a well-organized tour, the guide was truly kind and knowledgeable, the buffet lunch was exceptional, the best of my entire trip to Peru. The driver drove correctly and with a calm driving style. I truly recommend it.
