Franco was awesome. We discussed a lot of the history and it was very informative. Great guide. Jacob was also awesome. The food was amazing and we had a great time.
Chema gave an amazing tour, the history of the different periods, and food journey with each period. The recommendations for drinks. Making the salsas and mole was awesome. Some of the best Carne asada and guacamole ever! Omar was an amazing captain who kept us well hydrated!

Franco and Santiago were top tier and very accommodating. The history and cultural lessons along the ride and each stop was very interesting and informative. I recommend to anyone wanting to explore and learn more about the people of Mexico (including Indegenous peoples). Fantastic time!

It was a great experience if you’re interested in knowing more about the Mexican food and some history behind it. Franco was a great tour guide; spoke fluent English and was very insightful. I really recommend this to anyone who comes down to visit puerto Vallarta.

Chema was a great guide--professional, informative, entertaining and warm. He made the entire experience very enjoyable. The stops along the way let us peek into the less visited areas near Puerto Vallarta. Our "cooking class" was fun and the lunch was very good. I would definitely recommend this outing.

Enjoyed this tour with my family. We really had a great time listening to Chema. As he explained the history of the little towns that we visited we were all engaged. Ages in this family ranged from preteen to 80’s , as he showed us everything about cooking, he shared that cooking brings families together. He showed us where homemade tortillas were created, and also we went to an incredible farmhouse with a lake. While we were there, he helped us put together some mole sauce and make salsa. This was an experience that my family and I will not forget!

Chema was informative and engaging. He made sure to ask what everyone was looking to get out of the tour and point out details and facts that aligned to their interests. He wanted to make sure nobody was bored or uninvolved. Learned tons of information, but never felt it was a lecture. Ismael made sure we were safe and comfortable with good music, cold drinks, and safe driving.
