Despite the tour operator messaging us the day before to say they would pick us up at 1400, they were a no show. No contact, no apology, no explanation. Nothing! Since we were due to be collected at 1400 we had a lazy morning and by the time it was clear this was a no show from the firm, we had essentially wasted a day. I have asked for a full refund and had an automated message saying it’s coming but that’s no compensation for essentially wasting a whole days holiday and missing a trip. I do not recommend booking this trip as others have experienced the same! A terrible experience overall.
No car came no turn no info no mail no tlf
What review?? The driver never showed up! We waited 1 hr past the meet time. No one came. No one email. A big fat nothing! We have had many tours over the years with this group and we were looking forward to it! Not even a text message.
They are a scam. I booked months in advance and on the day I waited for an hour before I decided to message them, no response. I waited another hour and nothing. So I returned to my room and waited another half hour before requesting a refund. They immediately responded and declined the refund but I’m still waiting on a respond to my initial message. Viatour won’t give me a refund either.
Informative and comfortable tour led by a professional tour guide. Wine tasting was lovely and the scenery was fantastic!
What a fabulous day! Our driver Jack was very knowledgeable on all areas we traveled to and very friendly. The wine tasting was in a gorgeous setting and it was great to hear about the different varieties and how the wine is made. Stunning day!
Driver never turned up, absolute waste of time and money, avoid this tour!! We contacted the company the day before and they told us that we would be picked up at 2pm, we waited until 2.45 outside our hotel and no one turned up. We contacted the company 3 times and still no one responded to us!
We had a fantastic trip at the vineyard and St Paul de Vence. Lovely wine in great surroundings with a good guide and driver. Highly recommended!
It never happened and I haven't heard about a refund. I found out 2 hours before the winery was closed and we were leaving France the next day. We could not reschedule and no one has replied with a refund or other options.
The tour never picked us up, when contacting the company they said they were on their way and stopped responding. Waited outside for an hour with no further response.
