I had the pleasure of participating in a tasting organized by Francesca Dei Santi in a splendid villa in the Umbrian hills and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most successful evenings ever. Francesca is not only an excellent organizer and an expert connoisseur of the wine world, but she has a rare gift: extraordinary empathy. From the very first moment she understood the spirit of the evening, creating a warm, refined atmosphere that was perfectly in tune with us guests. The selection of wines, all of the highest quality and great prestige, was studied down to the smallest detail: every pairing with the courses was a perfect balance of flavors. Her technical preparation is indisputable, but the way she talks about it with passion and naturalness makes the experience truly pleasant. Highly recommended!!!!

Experience to try! Excellent speaker and selected wines

A weekend in Umbria in March turned out to be a wonderful experience, perfect to share with friends among hilly landscapes still shrouded in soft spring light. The atmosphere was relaxed, authentic, and this alone would have been enough to make the stay special, but the real highlight was the tasting of Umbrian wines. Guided by a passionate sommelier with great savoir-faire, we were accompanied on an engaging and never banal sensory journey. His deep knowledge of the territory and the wines could be felt in every explanation, but what really made the difference was his ability to convey this passion in a clear, elegant and accessible way to everyone, even those who are not experts. The tasting was rigorously selected from white, red and raisin, each told with care and attention to detail. Each glass was a journey through scents and flavors. Applause also for the attention to every need, and the ability to make us feel at ease. Ultimately, a magnificent weekend.

It was a really great experience. Francesca, very kind and very competent, accompanied us on this tasting journey and it was really great to discover wines and tastes that we did not know. Thank you very much ❤️
