We reserved a 5-hour shuttle service from the cruise ship port in Chania to Falassarna Beach. Our driver, Angela, picked us up on time and was a fantastic driver, offering lots of local history during our drive to the beach. After arriving at the beach and reserving a cabana we realized we had forgotten a cell phone and the included snorkel gear in the van. Angela was very helpful and brought the phone and gear down to us at the beach. After a couple hours we departed, and on our way back to the port we stopped at a roadside store to buy local olive oil and snacks. Angela gave us lots of advice on time management and food options. Angela then drove us to a restaurant in a less crowded neighborhood, where we had a delicious Crete lunch with many grilled meats. Overall it was a great start to our Mediterranean vacation.

Our driver was prompt and helpful! He arranged umbrellas and sunbeds for us at the beach ($30 euros each-definitely worth the $$ for the shade and prime spots on the beach). He also brought us drinks and snacks which was a great bonus! The water was refreshing and the beach is beautiful. About an hour from the cruise port, but a beautiful drive and opportunity to see the island on the way.

Great tour. Eva was prompt, courteous, informative and very flexible for us. It was a great trip that I would encourage others to do. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

Nick made the experience very enjoyable, he is very flexible, allowed us to manage the time we were in. Hanianand gave us. Learncuides of what we were going to see, he also provided with other options. He is polite and professional. The tour was through, we spent sometime buying first boughatsa since I wan to try them, then we went to to see the site of of an old olive tree that is 4 million years old which was awesome, we were for a couple of hours at Falassarna beach and Nockmensured were treated well. The fina part of the tour was in the old town. It was hard to spend more time in the old town since we needed to be. A o at the cruise. It was a fantastic experience. Kudos to Nick!

Nikos was by far the most amazing tour guide ever! He made our whole trip. He made sure we had snacks drinks and food with us while we were on the beach. He gave us options out of five beaches and let us pick one that we felt more comfortable in. He was very safe and helpful. He let us do what we wanted to do and gave us great tips for food and souvenirs to buy from Greece. He was very personable and made us feel like we belonged there. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody looking to have a good time in Crete Greece. This was one of our favorite ports because of him.

We had an excellent time on our excursion today. Before I booked this I read all the reviews and let me tell you they were right! George went above and beyond for my family, picking us up 30 min early and adding 2 hrs to our trip. We went to Falassarna beach, enjoyed some relaxing beach time, it was quite windy but we still enjoyed it. The water was beautiful. From there George took us to see the Oldest Olive tree, which says it’s 3000-5000 yrs old. We didn’t pay for an actual tour but George told us about the tree, how they harvest the olives and what happens after. He also told us a bunch about the island itself. From there he took us to an ocean front restaurant that had delicious Greek food. Our last stop was downtown for a little shopping. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We highly recommend booking with them as you will not be disappointed!

Our driver, George, was very friendly, and gave just the right amount of history and info. Van was clean/comfy/roomy. Falassarna Beach was beautiful and perfect for children to wade in the little protected cove. Rented chairs and umbrella right next to the water for 20euros. Snorkeling equipment was included, but water temp was on the cooler side, so didn’t use. Side trip on the drive back to an ancient olive grove w/ a 3-5 thousand yr old tree was impressive! Loved this little day trip from Chania.

We were the first at the beach, so we were able to select the “best spot”. The beach was very nice and sandy. A little chilly but when the sun 🌞 is up, it was perfect. Our driver/guide, Stefanos also provided us with excellent service. Very punctual and after the beach, he asked if we want to be dropped off at the old port of Chania. He recommended us for a place to eat and boy oh boy, that was an excellent choice and not pricey. Great job!

We had the pleasure of meeting George who took us to Falasarna Beach and shared some fun stories and history along the way! The beach was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect t day! George provided us with snacks and drinks and snorkeling gear. On the way back he brought us to the oldest Olive Tree on Crete. So great to see! Thank you George for a fun day!
