Let me start this review by saying: If I could give more than five stars, I would do it without second thoughts. Our guide was Petrus who has accompanied for three Safaris now and it has been a pleasure every time! Thanks to him we were able to explore another side of Pilanesberg and could see so many AMAZING sightings! Starting the day off strong with a herd of over 10 elephants was certainly a sight to behold, but it didn’t stop there. Thanks to Petrus insights and quick reactions we were able to see elephants bathing RIGHT in front of us, only two meters away. His patience and knowledge made it possible to see the elephants exiting and reentering the water while splashing their friends and fighting. He stopped for every picture and would reposition so that we would be able to take even better pictures, that way we were able to take incredible shots of Zebras, Warthogs as well as a Rhino with its baby! We enjoyed a lovely sunset while eating snacks and drinking refreshments and afterwards were able to enjoy some nice night-driving where we met up another elephant on the road. Thanks to Petrus we were able to see this without disturbing the animals! We really want to thank Petrus for EVERYTHING he‘s done for us! It was thanks to him that this experience will be impossible to forget! His humour, his kindness and his patience made this truly special, because it’s not only the animals and nature you experience, but also the people who make the Safari this special! We will truly miss him and can hopefully come back another time to do this all over again!! Thank you!! Anna & Sophie will miss you, Petrus! Hopefully not our last time 🫶🫶

Our driver Martin was just perfect ! Very knowledgeable, social and humorous ,he did his best to make our day unforgettable and he succeeded ! We saw lots of animals and it was amazing ! Thank you Martin !

Absolutely fantastic private tour at Pilanesberg National Park with Petrus & driven to and from Sandton area with Thombu. We very much enjoyed the tour - we booked the private tour and it was well worth it. We were picked up in a nice SUV and then transferred to the open-air jeep for the safari. We saw a lot of animals and has a wonderful time, even with the rain in the afternoon. The picnic lunch was also very delicious- especially, the marinaded beef. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful full day tour with MoAfrika. The planning was easy, everything was on time and we got back to Johannesburg in plenty of time for our night flight. Simon was a very good, careful driver- he handled the traffic beautifully. Vincent was a great safari guide, we saw so many different animals and he always got us in a good position for photographs. Not only does he know the animals but all the birds, beetles, moths, etc. This was a wonderful day to complete our South Africa trip

We went on the private Pilansberg tour with our Tour guide Thomas. The tour was very personalised and we even had the chance to eat at a local restaurant - Carnivore. It was worth every penny!

Absolutely amazing day! From the excellent driver who collected from our hotel in Johannesburg to the superb ranger guide we couldn’t have asked for a better animal encounter experience. The national park is well set out, the inhabitants are clearly well cared for and the facilities excellent. If you want to do a simple 1 day safari experience this is certainly worth your time and money.

It was a long day but our guide was so patient and took care of us well all day long. We saw a lot of kind of wild animals there. The lunch was very nice.

We booked this tour online weeks ahead of our arrival in Johannesburg. This tour company sent me a message the day before our safari to confirm pick-up time. Our driver/guide, Sunny, picked us up on time. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable about the National Park and the wildlife. He answered all our questions. The restaurant that he took us for lunch was very good - excellent food and service. We did one safari drive in the morning and one after lunch. Sunny was very good at spotting animals in the bush. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A great experience. Highly recommend this company.
