Excellent service, Jason the driver was very friendly and helpful made everything easy. He made feel like home and welcomed.
Great service and easy to deal with. Driver was on time and I was gave lots of updates about my transfer on WhatsApp. Really appreciate them as we had a 7 hour delay coming into Punta Cana. Our driver Jerson was a great guy, and played some music for us.

Exit the airport completely and you will find your driver holding a sign or iPad with your name. You then have to walk, with your luggage, about 4 to 5 blocks to get into the private transportation.
Trip from Cruise Port LA Romama to Punta Cana Airport. Tried to get confirmation the a couple days before with no results. Got confirmation day of that they changed time by an hour. Drive to the Airport was awful. Tailgated all the way. Drive very fast in the rain. And vehicle was a mess, no water offered. They need to fo better.
