Our driver was helpful, van was clean and comfortable, Vincenzo brought us to a delicious restaurant for a light lunch. We decided to do the Pompeii tour, glad we did. Umbreto was our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and you could see he enjoyed sharing the history of this city. Highly recommend this tour.
Very professional. Driver was early and during the transfer pointed out highlights of the area. Vehicle was also clean & comfortable.

Driver was waiting for us at train station on time and had previously communicated as to where they would be. Helped with bags to van parked outside. Very easy. Car was very clean with good air conditioning. We went to Pompeii where the tour company set us up with a private tour guide. She was excellent and kept us informed and all family members engaged for about 2 hrs. Even made sure we stopped in the shade to talk and learn. Back to the bus and enjoyed the air conditioning again and arrived safely at hotel in Sorrento. Would recommend.

Very glad we booked this! We got off the train and immediately saw our driver, Mauricio, with a sign for us. He drove us to Pompeii, provided us with waters, and waited while we explored. Then he took us to Sorrento. Fantastic experience!

Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and help us with our luggage to his very comforable air conditioned car. We stopped on the way to our hotel in Sorrento at Pompeii for a 3 hour self guided tour. We ended up just spending 2.5 hours since it was so hot. Pompeii was very fascinating and I would have gotten a lot more out of it if we booked a tour rather than just go at it alone. Come prepared as there is NO shade at all. After Pompeii we continued on our way Sorrento.
Our driver was on time, met us in the train terminal right outside the platform and helped with luggage to car. The company’s communication was superb and explained how to get the entry ticket (2 Euro) to the express experience in Pompeii. They also arranged for a guide in Pompeii for a 2 hour tour which was an additional cost paid directly to the tour guide. The tour in Pompeii was so informative. (Wear a hat, use sunscreen and take water because there is no shade and it is HOT!). After the tour in Pompeii, the driver met us at the exit, and we travelled on to Sorrento. Our driver called ahead to our hotel so they could meet us at the car upon arrival. Excellent service from start to finish.
Rafael was our driver and he was great! He was waiting at the train station with a sign that had our names on it and was very friendly. Gave us a lot of information while we traveled and stopped at Pompeii and waited 2 hours for us. Great experience!

We were going Rome to Naples to Pompeii to Sorrento. Our driver, Gino, was fantastic! He picked us up right when our train got into Naples and quickly got us on the road. We chose the option to stop in Pompeii and the company was able to coordinate a private Pompeii tour, which was awesome! Our tour guide helped us see all the important things at Pompeii while also keeping us from being in the crowds. After Pompeii, Gino picked us up right where he left us and we traveled to Sorrento. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area of Italy we were in. He even stopped so we could take pictures of the coast just prior to getting into Sorrento. This was definitely worth it to not have to worry about moving luggage from train to train and trying to keep it safe. Would definitely recommend
