It worked out well that we were picked up at the airport at Heathrow. The ride to Southampton was pleasant and the driver helped us with our luggage.
We had a party of 6 with a large quantity of luggage. We reserved a 9 passenger van. Even though I verified with the provider that his van could accommodate everyone and our luggage, the driver showed up and was very concerned that we could not fit everything in and we would need another vehicle. Quite concerning as we were on our way to get on a cruise ship. In the end our driver Saif was able to find room for all 6 of us and our huge stack of luggage an we had a comfortable ride down to the Southampton Cruise port. Well done!
Driver was friendly and very helpful. The company had the wrong pickup location but was quickly resolved.
Excellent service . We missed our connecting flight which threw off our scheduled ride. I made a call to the driver and explained our situation. He was kind enough to reschedule our pick up time and day. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. Our 2 hour drive was relaxing. Our driver was courteous.

Thought I purchased a sedan for 2 people with two medium size and one small carryon. Instead we got a large van. The van seats were extremely uncomfortable. Would have been fine for a 15-30 minutes ride but a 2-hour ride after being in an airplane for 11 hours was horrible. Driver was good, drove safely and got us there with the promised time frame.
Driver was over a hour late, no meet n greet that I paid for and no parking charges since we were picked up at the drop off location. Cheaper and on time to utilize Uber.
Sucha was prompt and was excellent with communications. He was a safe driver and respected our need to doze after our red eye.
After our passenger error with pickup confusion, our ride could not have been better. Perhaps more guidance as to pickup location up front would have made that easier.
