My pick up was 4 am. They came on time which I appreciated. The car was comfortable and clean. I do think given the time the check in counter opening time, I could have picked up a bit later but better early than late
The most memorable thing about the service that it was not provided. It was a terrible experience. I got confirmation. I got tickets, but nobody came to pick us up. I called an operator and she was not able to find us an alternative transportation to the airport. The whole experience was terrible..
Excellent service. Driver was on time and picked us up at our front door. He was very helpful and gave us a bit of history of the island.
