Nosso motorista estava no aeroporto esperando, seu serviço não foi realizado porque o senhor não colocou o destino correto para o serviço, o senhor queria uma viagem de 85km pelo preço do anúncio que é equivalente a uma viagem de 40km, o senhor foi informado deste seu erro na hora de fazer a reserva, mas não quis entender a situação. Não temos como fazer o transporte privativo para uma distância maior pelo preço do anúncio. Sobre essa outra situação do seu amigo, não recebemos nenhuma reserva com este número informado pelo senhor. Vimos que o senhor solicitou o reembolso, então já deve ter recebido o valor que foi pago, já que o serviço não foi realizado porque o senhor não quis.

The driver took us to our hotel destination in Natal, upon arriving at the hotel the driver contacted the hotel staff, to provide my a wheelchair. I am very much satisfied with the services Viator provided me and my my family. The driver was very courteous and professional, I highly recommend their services, their services and cost transport from the airport to the hotel eas very reasonable and beats the other service companies.
