Our family of 4 recently used Catania Taxi NCC for 3 days in Catania and surrounding area for both airport transfers and sightseeing. Santo and Domenico were exceptional in helping us out since we had a disabled member of our group who had a wheelchair. They were thoughtful and caring in their management of our needs as far as handling luggage as well as the wheelchair. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend them. Would use them again.!

Excellent all round: good communication by WhatsApp when we were booking from the UK and then confirming the return trip, taxis were on time and clean, drivers were helpful, polite, and friendly. Very happy to recommend them.

We used Santo's private car service to go to Agrigento from Catania airport and to Syracuse/Ortigia the next day. Both journeys were very smooth and comfortable in a brand new Mercedes. Our driver Domenico was polite and professional. He took us to Valley of the Temples and waited for two hours whilst we were on tour. The train or bus from Catania to Agrigento are very slow and inconvenient so the private transfer worked very well. I booked the car service several months in advance. Santos has been very responsive for all my questions and always flexible for my requests. I will definitely I will definitely use them again in the future.
