A very easy and painless transfer when I finished my time in Almaty. I decided last minute to go to Bishkek and booked this transfer. My drivers were professional. The border crossing was an easy walk and I was in constant communication my next driver who swiftly brought me the remaining distance to Bishkek.
Fantastic pickup and dropoff. This company was very responsive, clear with communication, and so helpful and flexible with my schedule. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth transfer from Bishkek to Almaty.
Transport was seamless, and I highly recommend! I received a text the day before with clear details about the arrangements. We were picked up promptly from our hotel in Bishkek and taken to the border. As this was a split transfer, we avoided having to wait in the long line of cars and instead crossed the border on foot, which took around half an hour. On the Kazakh side, another driver was waiting to collect us and took us all the way to Almaty. The whole process was smooth, well organised, and hassle-free.

The Bishkek side had arrived at the promised hotel before the scheduled time and brought us to the border without any problems. On the Kazakhstan side, they approached me on a road right after immigration, and there was a break in the middle, so I was able to drive them comfortably to Almaty. I am also very grateful for the kind support I received from the people in charge prior to the event via the internet. I was especially relieved on the day because I received a picture of two cars the day before.
