This company is not reliable- Driver never showed up and never contacted me to explain or arrange for another driver. They had initially sent me a message thru Viator for flight details. I answered back and they never confirmed they received my message. For the next couple of days I kept sending them messages thru Viator which they never responded to. In the meantime I did receive an email confirmation with my ticket so I thought it would be fine. The day of the transfer, they sent me a text thru WhatsApp to confirm the transfer and I asked them to confirm the pick up time. They confirmed the time to which I responded and never heard from them again. When they were 15 min late I tried texting and calling the WhatsApp number which they never answered and I also left two messages in the number listed on the ticket. No response or explanation as to why they stood me up. I called my credit card company right away but they had not charged my card.

DO NOT BOOK WOTH THIS COMPANY. My husband booked travel with the company from Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata. Our entire experience with that ride was extremely disappointing, stressful, and scary for my family. Our driver could not speak any English, despite a guarantee on the website that he would be able to. In addition, the van that we were riding in for several hours did not have any functioning seat belts and every time we went over a speed bump the car bottomed out. The driver did not know he was supposed to drive us for three hours at first but he reluctantly agreed (this was an error on the part of the company). After an hour we realized he was falling asleep while driving and almost caused several accidents. My husband eventually drove the rest of the trip because our family would not have made it safely otherwise. I have been promised a refund and not been given one.

When I arrived at the airport in Punta Cana after a more than 16 hours of travel and long lines in the customs and immigration I was welcomed by Kelly the representative who told me that there was no car waiting for me and that there was engine problem. I received no email or information from the company regarding this. They made no effort to inform me. Kelly felt bad for us and organized another transfer company to take us but we had to pay again even more than what we paid originally. But with a crying 7 year old who was tired. We did not complain. We just needed to leave. When I contacted the company they told me to contact their financial department to get a refund. They should already planned ahead for this and refunded me. Viator has taken my claim and I Hope I will get all my money back. I will not be using them again.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I booked airport transportation and a party bus tour with Diamond Tours/Transfers in the Dominican Republic. From the beginning, the service I paid for was not what I received. The vehicle I specifically selected was not provided, no one was there to greet me upon arrival, and I had to repeatedly call just to locate my driver. Communication was excellent before they received my payment, but once they had my money, it became extremely difficult to get responses. After I filed a complaint on May 22, the company admitted the service was unacceptable and, on May 29, confirmed in writing that my refund had been approved and that the refund process would begin. They advised it would take 7–10 business days for processing plus 5–15 additional business days for the bank. Today is July 8, well beyond the timeframe they provided, and I still have not received my refund. I have had to continuously follow up with little to no resolution. Poor communication, failure to provide the services purchased, and failure to honor their own promised refund timeline have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking.

The driver was very nice and professional. He was on time and got us to our destination on time. The car was in good condition and comfortable.

Your driver stood me up on my return trip from Punta Cana to Santa Domingo Airport on Sunday December 7th after I paid with my credit card. He knew where to pick me up because he gave me a 10:30am pick up time. I had to pay an additional $182 to another Taxi company. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

I booked a $179 ride to the airport - from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo. It’s a two hour drive. I had an international flight from D.R. to Turks and Caicos. I confirmed my 10am pick up with Diamond Tours the night before. My driver arrived after 11am - more than an hour late! Then he stopped for gas, then he stopped to exchange a baby seat with another driver, then he almost got side-swiped while improperly merging into traffic. When I got to the airport, my flight was boarding. Very stressful experience.
