She was perfectly punctual, helped us navigate the local shops to find authentic Muay Thai shorts for the boys, and even organized a highly affordable airport transfer for us. She instinctively understood our needs, was incredibly warm and friendly, and maintained top-notch professionalism throughout the entire experience. We went with Katie on a tour of the railway market and the floating market. It was a private tour with just the three of us, including a private boat tour of the floating market. Katie was great! She was fun, engaging and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Thai culture and she recommended an amazing place at the floating market for lunch. Highly recommended and will definitely hire her again if we are back in Bangkok!

We had such a brilliant day on this private tour to Maeklong Railway Market and the Floating Market as a family of four. It was one of the real highlights of our time in Bangkok and we would definitely give it 5 stars! The whole experience was fun, interesting, and really well organised. Seeing the train come through Maeklong Railway Market was such a unique moment, and the Floating Market was a great experience for all of us. A huge special mention has to go to our guide, Kendo, who was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and he really made the day feel personal. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting stories and insights about Thailand’s history, culture, and traditions, which made everything we saw even more meaningful. We came away feeling like we had learned so much, as well as having had a really enjoyable family day out. We would highly recommend this tour — and if you get Kendo as your guide, you’re in for a treat!

We had an amazing experience with our guides, Lin and Kevin, and couldn’t recommend them more. They were extremely kind, efficient, and always punctual, which made every day smooth and stress-free. They taught us so much about Thai history, culture, and local traditions, making each place we visited much more meaningful. They guided us through Ayutthaya Historical Park, the famous Maeklong Railway Market, the beautiful floating market, and Grand Palace, and every tour felt very well organized. What we appreciated most was their warmth—they were always friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. As locals, they shared insights we would never have learned on our own. They always made sure we were comfortable, brought water for us, and handled all entrance tickets, which made everything incredibly convenient. As two women traveling alone, feeling safe was very important to us, and with Lin and Kevin we felt completely secure and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. A very good day trip that is professionally arranged. Our guide KATIE and her driver were very nice and helpful. Since some of our company was almost 80 years old, it was important that everything worked well and Katie made sure that it was. Can really recommend this excursion.
