Our guide was Carmelo and he was great! Conversation was good, not too much, not too little, and he was able to read the room when we were tired or ready to go. He was thoughtful, polite, attentive and very relaxed. The trip itself was great. The gorge is cold, but the basalt columns were cool. Taormina was beautiful and worth visiting. Overall great day!

Ciccio is an excellent driver and give us an information on the places. He is very patient and flexible on schedule for our senior group which slower than regular tourist groups. We had such an amazing experience with our driver Ciccio from Messina to Taormina that we contacted him again this year! He had accompanied us last year and, despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate easily thanks to the Google Translate voice translator. At the end of the trip, we felt like friends. I still remember when she proudly showed us the ultrasound of her baby on the way: such a special moment that made that experience unforgettable. This year’s trip was just as wonderful, if not more. Ciccio started our journey by playing two songs: one of which I had shared in Italian during our last visit, followed by the Hawaiian version of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by IZ. We're from Hawaii, so that thoughtful gesture really touched our hearts. On the way, he pointed out wonderful places, stopped at viewpoints to take pictures and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We exchanged a few words about her newborn — she even shared some adorable photos — and it was like reconnecting with an old friend. Ciccio is kind, professional and sincerely caring. We arranged to be picked up in Taormina Harbor for a shore excursion to the extraordinary Alcantara Gorge and then Taormina. We were fortunate to have Gianfranco as our wonderful driver and guide. He was lovely and met us with traditional Sicilian cookies, and later gifted us a medley of the local citrus. He drove very safely and surprised us by climbing up on a wall to get the best group photo of us overlooking Isola Bella. Highly recommend this outstanding driver and agency.

Santino was great with me and my family and showed us all the best places to go in a fun and friendly way at a competitive prices. We finished the trip with some Arancini and wine. Highly recommend
