Mohammed met us at our hotel and took us on a cultural and historic tour through the old part of Tangier, highlighting the multinational influences that shaped this lovely city. He’s a very proud Moroccan and loves to show off his city. We were so pleased with this tour that we booked him again today to take us to Hercules Caves on the Atlantic Ocean side. His tours are fully customizable and you don’t have to prepay for museums and other activities charged by other tour operators. We highly recommend Mr. Mohammed and Sunlight Company.

The booked tour (vehicle with air conditioning, German-speaking guide, museum visits incl. admission) was cancelled the night before due to lack of German-speaking guide and then became a walking tour... Our luck, because the Moroccan (English speaking) guide Hanae was a dream and took us to corners that we probably would not have seen and experienced by car. Hanae, with her lovable personality and extensive knowledge, taught us a lot about the country and people as well as Moroccan culture, not least over tea and pastries in a great tea room. Thank you Hana - you are the best and were great!

Mohamed was an excellent tour guide and went above and beyond by waiting over 4 hours for us as we were delayed in getting to Tangier. He worked late into the night to show us the wonderful highlights of the city. He is well spoken and highly educated and shared interesting history with us. Thank you, Mohamed!

We were picked up by El Ouardi Mohamed at the cruise port in private car. He first took us around a beautiful public park and surrounding area and then we did a walking tour of the Kasbah, the Medina, the petite Socco and the US Legation Museum. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable and told us alot interesting information about Morocco’s past and current history. It was a fabulous tour and we learned so much about Tangier and Morocco and the culture and religions. Highly recommend! Denice & Randy Hughes

With superguide Mohamed I went on the Tanger walking tour. To my surprise I was the only one so the tour could be adjusted to my interests. Mohamed is not only a highy educated (university grade in English) guide but also knows everything about this beautiful city. I liked also that during our walk he met lots of acquaintances and we had interesting chats on lots of subjects. He led us to a nice tea-house and a nice place for a lunch, both in beautiful riads. Overall: highly recommended!!

The tour guide we had booked was not available on the day so he sent another guide - Hicham. The sum total of what we learnt on the tour was that the Portugese built a number of the walls; a lot of houses are painted blue; and Tangier has a number of old fig trees . We learnt nothing about culture and way of life of the Moroccan people, Hicham initially spent time showing us all the wonderful reviews he'd had and then seemed pretty disinterested for the rest of the morning. Maybe we caught him on an off day

We scheduled our walking tour and the day that we got there it was raining like crazy. Muhammad transitioned to a car tour with no additional expense. He seemed to know everyone and really listened about what we would like to do. Will use him again when we return to Morocco.
