Good trip. Guide was prompt/reliable and very knowledgeable - a 5 star guide. However, viatour was not great. On the day before the tour, there was no confirmation of the tour/start time/meeting point - and they sent me an automated email saying "no meeting point established". It took me a while to find the customer service number and they said "we will send the tour operator an email" - ultimately it got sorted, but I am now very leery of Viatour's logistics. But the tour was very interesting, the guide was very good/interactive and the site most interesting.

We had an amazing tour with Ady! Our family of four, including two kids ages 8 and 6, learned so much from her about the fascinating history of the Teotihuacan Pyramids. Everything went perfectly smoothly, from an on-time pickup at our AirBNB in the city and comfortable ride to the pyramid site, through the tour and back home again. Ady guided our family through the massive site with insider's knowledge and explained a ton both about the site and the region. She made it interesting for the kids and kept them engaged throughout. She was extremely flexible, giving us options for things like tour intensity and number of stops along the way. Don't miss this tour!

Amazing experience and absolutely worth the price for a private tour. Our driver, Cristian, and our guide, Sergio, were both excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the day. Sergio shared so much interesting information about Teotihuacan, and Cristian made everything smooth and easy. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this tour.

It Is a long bumpy ride from Mexico City, but well worth it. The pyramids are fascinating in their architecture and histories. Our guide, Fernando, and our driver Christian, were both personable, well informed about the pyramids, and adjusted the tour to our age and walking tolerance.

We had a wonderful time touring the Teotihuacan pyramids with our tour guide (Sergio). The communication leading up to the tour was excellent. We were picked up right on time in a comfortable and spacious car. The ride to the pyramids felt very safe. Sergio knows so much and is such a kind, approachable guy. We had two kids with us, and he kept them engaged the whole time. It was a terrific experience and we would completely recommend it!

This was a fantastic half day trip from Mexico City to the Pyramids for my wife and me. The transportation arrived exactly on time in a very comfortable vehicle. Fermín, our guide and driver, was personable and friendly, also an expert in archeology and the Teotihuacan Pyramids. We highly recommend this.

From pickup to drop-off, Adriana was a wealth of information and Chris the driver was skilled, smooth, and friendly. It didn’t feel like a tour, but like a friend wanted to share the pyramids with us.

Sergio was simply exceptional. We toured the ancient city and the museum, which would have been meaningless without his expert commentary. He was patient and funny while providing the history and the context for the history. We added two stops to the tour for an extra charge - at his suggestion, a local restaurant run by some amazing women who served us one of the best meals we’ve had in CDMX (for about 500 pesos total for 4 people - at Comedor Teos) and then he took us to the Basilica for another amazing tour of the history and significance of that site in world Catholic tradition. It was a long day for him and the lovely driver who accompanied us for the day but worth every penny for us. Well done

This was a wonderful tour. Fermin was very knowledgeable and interesting and very friendly. He gave a lot of information about Mexico city as a whole as well. The park was beautiful.
