We hired Awake Travel to manage a small group of Americans in Colombia who have many happy years with our services as a DMC in Mexico. We think this agency could operate our participants as we handle them. But just a few days before the group arrived, they made several hotel changes and also on the long pre-agreed itinerary. Also, the service very unprofessional, and at first the bewildered group. Instead of a single transport, which we had specified, there were many changes on the fly, different guides, etc. Until the last few days, there was no continuity or integration of services and participants quite perplexed. Just until the last few days, it improved a little and finally the group could be pleased. But you never have to use this agency. They're nothing but mediocre, rather inept and lacking in knowledge like running a highly specialized group like us. If we had told ourselves from the beginning, we would have sought some other competent service for this movement.
The pilot Stéphane was very nice and very pleasant! The flight was beautiful on the arcachon basin, the time was up! Very nice experience! I recommend!
